Pescado Lounge

Visited on a Saturday morning at 9.15. Plenty of seats available but the place was not empty. Lots of vegan options for breakfast and brunch, pictured is the larger vegan breakfast - which was delicious! Staff were lovely and service was fast. Good view of the harbour from certain seats.

Im a regular visitor here and staff are always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great on my most recent visit and I have never had a bad meal here.

Staff were very friendly & welcoming, really good atmosphere. The food was excellent, freshly cooked, and served very reasonably quickly. I had the Bang Bang cauliflower, and boy, was it good My wife had the all-day breakfast, which she thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommended

We visited this restaurant on 22nd May and were very impressed. From the moment we stepped inside we were made to feel welcome by the very friendly and cheerful members of staff who led us to a table with space for my husband's small mobility scooter. They also allow dogs inside which is a bonus because although there are plenty of tables outside the weather was cold and wet on the day we visited so it was nice to be able to enjoy our food indoors. We both had the lounge breakfast which was very tasty with good quality ingredients and very filling. We will definitely be going back when we next visit Whitby.

What a delightful place to stop for a meal! We received a warm welcome from a courteous gentleman upon entering. The gluten-free chocolate brownie was exceptional, a generous portion unlike those often found in other cafes. We were thoughtfully asked about any food allergies. The ambiance was warm and inviting; I could have comfortably settled in with a book for hours. The facilities were impeccably clean, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. I shall certainly return.

While exploring Whitby in search of somewhere open in the evening, we stumbled upon this lovely restaurant — and we’re so glad we did. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, all reasonably priced, with something to suit every taste. We visited on a Monday and were pleasantly surprised by their special offer: a complimentary drink (including alcoholic options) or dessert with any main meal or burger — a fantastic deal! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was prompt and efficient. Overall, a great dining experience. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I must admit that the restaurant made a very pleasant impression on me. Staff welcomed us with a smile. The food was delicious, I can say that I have never eaten such a good breakfast. The selection is quite large. We also had dinner, where I ordered tapas and my partner a burger. It was just as delicious. We will definitely go back there. I highly recommend it

Wow, what a lovely place. So dog friendly. Lilly gets very anxious, but the staff were so great and put a reserve sign on the table close to where we were sitting so no one would disturb her. Coffee and milkshakes are to die for, and a fabulous atmosphere. We ended up sitting watching the word go by for longer than we realised. Thanks to everyone there.
